⛏️ Once I lived next to a Turquoise mine in 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗼.
💠 Used in this jewelry is the more classic robins egg blue 𝗞𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗧𝘂𝗿𝗾𝘂𝗼𝗶𝘀𝗲.
📜 Turquoise gets its name from the French turquois meaning "Turkish" because the mineral was first brought to Europe through Turkey, from mines in the historical Khorasan Province of Persia.
The stone is also considered sacred to the indigenous Zuni and Pueblo peoples of the American Southwest. The pre-Columbian Aztec and Maya also considered his blue stone to be a valuable and culturally important stone.
👰 You may have also noticed Robins Egg Blue has been used by 𝐓𝐢𝐟𝐟𝐚𝐧𝐲 & 𝐂𝐨 (since 1845). Why? Because turquoise brooches were traditionally given by Victorian brides as a 𝘄𝗲𝗱𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗺𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗼.
💝 and of course Turquoise is also the traditional 𝗗𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝗕𝗶𝗿𝘁𝗵𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗻𝗲 for those born in this month.
I'm offering this this amazing piece together including chain for only $249.
